• Color
• Thickness
• Bundle weight
are normal and are not considered defects.
Hair may appear different depending on lighting, photography, styling, and individual device screens.
4. Raw & Virgin Hair
Raw and virgin hair is a natural product.
Each bundle is unique.
No two bundles will ever be exactly alike.
Natural variations do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, replacements, or chargebacks.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices may change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before shipping an order.
If a pricing error occurs, you will be notified and given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
6. Payment Authorization
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

10. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
ALAAMOUR is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
11. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier promptly. ALAAMOUR will reasonably assist with available shipping documentation but cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related losses after confirmed delivery.
12. Signature Confirmation
ALAAMOUR may require signature confirmation for higher-value orders or orders identified as higher risk.
Failure to sign for a shipment may delay delivery or result in the package being returned.
13. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
• Opened hair packages
• Used hair
• Installed hair
• Worn hair
• Colored hair
• Bleached hair
• Cut hair
• Chemically altered hair
• Custom orders
• Pre-orders
• Clearance or sale items

14. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the incorrect product due to an error by ALAAMOUR, you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
If the claim is verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy.
15. Hair Care Responsibility
Proper maintenance is the customer's responsibility.
ALAAMOUR is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Excessive heat
• Chemical processing
• Bleaching
• Coloring

• Lack of maintenance

16. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact ALAAMOUR before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.
