This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through ALAAMOUR. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Processing Time

All orders require processing before shipment. Processing begins after:

    •    Payment has been successfully received.

    •    Any required order verification has been completed.

    •    Your order has been approved for fulfillment.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Shipping begins after processing is complete. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

Pre-order and custom items require additional processing because they are specially sourced. Processing and shipping times are estimates only and may change due to supplier availability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once processing has begun, pre-orders and custom orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

ALAAMOUR is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Carrier Delays

ALAAMOUR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is accepted and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. ALAAMOUR will reasonably assist by providing available shipping information but cannot guarantee reimbursement after confirmed delivery.

Signature Confirmation

ALAAMOUR may require signature confirmation for higher-value or higher-risk orders. If required, delivery cannot be completed without the required signature.

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed may require additional shipping fees before they can be reshipped.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.

ALAAMOUR reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. The version published on our website at the time your order is placed will apply to your purchase.
