All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions and to protect the health and safety of all customers, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless required by applicable law or if we shipped the incorrect item.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:
• Opened hair packages
• Used hair
• Installed hair
• Worn hair
• Brushed or combed hair after opening
• Colored hair
• Bleached hair
• Cut or trimmed hair
• Chemically processed hair
• Hair altered in any way
• Custom orders
• Pre-orders after processing has begun
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards (if offered)

Hygiene Policy
For the safety of all customers, any product that has been opened, handled, installed, altered, or removed from its original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Inspection
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you believe you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Incorrect Orders
If ALAAMOUR ships the incorrect product, we will review your claim.
The item must:
• Be unused
• Remain in its original condition
• Be in its original packaging
• Include all original tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable)
If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend taking clear photos before opening it and contacting both the shipping carrier and ALAAMOUR as soon as possible.
Damage caused during shipping may require a claim with the shipping carrier.

Product Variations
Because our hair is made from authentic human hair, natural variations are expected.
These include, but are not limited to:
• Texture
• Wave pattern
• Curl pattern
• Color
• Density
• Thickness
• Shine
These natural characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Shipping Delays
Refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Severe weather
• Holidays
• Customs
• Service interruptions
• Natural disasters
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Other events beyond ALAAMOUR's reasonable control
Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment or fails to retrieve a package that is returned to us, any refund or reshipment will be handled in accordance with this policy and applicable law. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and other applicable fees may be deducted where permitted.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.
Once processing has started, including the sourcing of custom or pre-order items, the order cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a payment dispute.
We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns directly.
If a chargeback is filed, ALAAMOUR may provide relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, including:
• Order confirmation
• Payment confirmation
• Customer communications
• Tracking information
• Delivery confirmation
• Fraud screening results
• Product photos
• Verification records
• Any other records related to the transaction

Fraudulent Claims
ALAAMOUR reserves the right to investigate claims involving suspected fraud, misuse of our policies, or attempts to obtain merchandise or refunds through false or misleading information.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may provide relevant records to payment processors or other parties involved in resolving the transaction.

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through ALAAMOUR. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
