What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order reserves an item that is not currently in stock and will be specially sourced for you. Payment is collected at checkout to begin processing your order.

Processing & Delivery

Processing begins once payment has been received and any required order verification has been completed.

All processing and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier availability, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, inventory shortages, or other circumstances beyond ALAAMOUR's reasonable control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once processing has begun, pre-orders cannot be changed or canceled. This includes changes to hair length, texture, quantity, shipping address, or payment information.

Shipping

Pre-orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together or separately at ALAAMOUR's discretion.

Returns & Refunds

Pre-order purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Because pre-order items are specially sourced, they are not eligible for cancellation or refund once processing has begun, except where required by applicable law or due to an error by ALAAMOUR.

Product Availability

If an item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, ALAAMOUR will contact you to discuss available options, which may include a replacement product or a refund where appropriate.

Fraud Prevention

ALAAMOUR reserves the right to verify any pre-order before processing. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or canceled.

Policy Updates

ALAAMOUR reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The version published at the time your order is placed will apply to your purchase.
