Our Commitment
ALAAMOUR is committed to protecting our customers and business from fraud, unauthorized transactions, identity theft, and payment disputes. Every order may be reviewed before processing.
Order Verification
ALAAMOUR reserves the right to verify any order before shipment. Verification may include billing verification, shipping address verification, payment verification, government-issued photo identification, or other information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase.
Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or canceled.
High-Risk Orders
Orders identified as higher risk may require additional review before approval. Additional verification may increase processing time.
Fraudulent Activity
ALAAMOUR reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order reasonably believed to involve fraud, unauthorized payment methods, false information, abuse of our policies, or other suspicious activity. We also reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact ALAAMOUR before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, ALAAMOUR may provide relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, including but not limited to:
• Order confirmation
• Payment records
• Billing information
• Shipping and tracking records
• Delivery confirmation
• Signature confirmation (when applicable)
• Customer communications
• Fraud screening results
• Verification records
• Product and packaging photographs
• Website policy acceptance records
• IP address and device information collected through our e-commerce platform, where available
• Any other records relevant to the transaction
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information, use only authorized payment methods, cooperate with reasonable verification requests, and review all store policies before placing an order.
Secure Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. ALAAMOUR does not store complete payment card information.
Policy Updates
ALAAMOUR reserves the right to update this Fraud Prevention Policy at any time. The version published at the time your order is placed will apply to your purchase.
Effective Date
